The client wanted to expand the living space in their home. The area in the attic above the garage was empty and was renovated by adding dormers and windows to the space. The interior became a quaint flex space with a two-piece bathroom and the exterior changes were seamless to the integrity of the original dwelling. Urban Options role was to ensure that the construction plans met the requirement of the Zoning Bylaw and prepared and followed through with the Building Permit.
