This property is ideal for a custom designed RU7 four unit project. Facing onto Cameron Park each unit has a view from the roof top deck.

Deeper details

This was our second project with the builder/developer. The site was ideal for infill development and 4 units were planned. The project required negotiations with the local government, the City of Kelowna which were successful in creating this attractive project.
