This mid-block rezoning project was the first in the area and Urban Options is looking forward to how Council and the neighbourhood will perceive the attractive design.

Deeper details

Being the first multi-residential development mid-block in an older neighbourhood, we knew the design and consultation with the immediate community was important. As the proposed building is three storeys in height, the front of the building is stepped back on each level to reduce the massing and create a positive street-level interaction.
