Urban Options role was to engage the neighbourhood in a positive manner informing them of the projects. Policy 367 has some very specific requirements that were followed.

Our team put together the details to ensure a successful public engagement session. We created the rationale letter providing an overview of the project, which was distributed through a mail drop to the greater neighbourhood. After careful review of the drawing package and renderings, the images for display boards were chosen. Additional materials in the form of information binders, including detailed zoning information and context, were created as supplement materials.
