Together with Hamlet Homes, Blue Vision Drafting and ROV Engineering, Urban Options brought home a Tommie Gold in Excellence in Outdoor/Exterior Renovation for the – Wood Residence. Urban Options role included consulting on interpretation of the Zoning Bylaw and other applicable regulations, bylaws and guidelines; securing a variance to allow the cabana structure to be constructed and the appropriate building permits for both the interior and exterior renovations. The project was completed on time to celebrate the owners 40th birthday. 3 Tommie Silver awards were won for this project in the categories of: Excellence in Outdoor/Exterior Renovation, Excellence in Outdoor living space, and Excellence in Bathroom renovations.
