A multi-faceted project involving multiple levels of Governmental approvals to upgrade an existing gas station site. Construction is underway.

The site was an old, outdated gas bar, convenience store and liquor branch. The project was to utilize the existing building and rebrand it. Our involvement included representing the landowners at the Advisory Planning Committee (APC) in Christina Lake and securing the Ministry of Environment release and Ministry of Transportation commercial access and sign permit.
