Location: 1189 Clement Street, Kelowna
Process: Land acqusition, consolidation, and comprehensive Development Permit.
Designer: Ted Thomas Architect


This project was very multi-faceted given that it started with 1 property facing Clement and completed being a whole block along Clement. The resulting carwash, gas bar, and convenience store was designed to blend with the other industrial buildings proposed along the block and be a gateway building to the downtown core. Urban Options is excited about the final build out.
